湖北咸宁山区中学生维生素B_2和C缺乏病的再调查

摘　　要：目的 :探讨咸宁山区中学生营养摄入情况。方法 :用询问法结合体格检查对本市山区中学生的营养摄入情况进行再调查。结果 :调查 472人 ,发现其多种维生素摄入量仍然明显低于国家标准 ,其中维生素B2 和维生素C缺乏病的患病率分别为 47.88%和 3 5 .5 % (仅略低于该校 12年前的患病率 5 3 .5 7%和 3 6.5 4% )。结论 :营养缺乏病目前在我国农村山区中学生中仍较普遍。Objective:TO explore the nour-ishmeut of students in middle school o f countryside in montain-region .Method: The inquiry combined w ith physical exami nation were used to investigate the nourishment of 472 students in a middle scho ol of countryside in montain-region of Xianning City; the first investigation of the same school was made 12 years ago. Both data obtained were compared each ot her .Result: It showed that intalee-quantity of many kinds of v itamins were lower than that of national standart . Especially, the incidences of B2- and C- avita minosis were 47.88% and 35.50% respectiaely, i.E.only a little lower than that obtained 12 years ago (53.57% and 36.54%) . Conclusion: It mus t be paid more att eution that in some countryside of montain-region in our country the deficiency in still general. [
