摘 要:目的 为了解大蒜液在空气中杀菌效果及影响因素 ,进行杀菌试验。方法 采用悬液定量杀菌试验及模拟现场等方法观察其杀菌效果。结果 在试验柜 ( 1m3)内作用 5 min,大蒜液对空气中金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为88.2 0 % ,在室温 2 2~ 2 5℃、相对湿度在 74 %~ 76 %之间的室内喷大蒜液为 30 ml/m3作用 1h,自然菌下降约90 %。OBJECTIVE To know germicidal efficacy of allium liquid. METHODS Suspension quantitative germicidal test and simulated on the spot trial were used to observe its germicidal efficacy. RESULTS Spray of 30 ml/m 3 of the stock solution with an ultrasonic atomizer in an aerosol chamber (1 m 3) could kill 88.20% of tested microbe in air after contact for 5 min. The results of indoor air disinfection experiment at the public place indicated that spray of the disinfectant of 20 ml/m 3 with an hour contact time at a temperture of 22-25℃ and relative humidity of 74-76% could attain the maximal disinfection efficacy and kill about 90% of natural bacteria. CONCLUSIONS The results indicate that allium liquid has good germicidal efficacy in air.
