摘　　要：在分析微型汽车转向器质量不合格钢球碎裂原因的基础上,研究出一种质量不合格钢球的清除方法——强化台架试验法,再利用统计学原理分析这种方法的可靠性,最后实验检验经强化台架试验过的钢球的机械性能。By analysing the causes of cracking steel ball of minicar steering gear,a new method of inspecting and rejecting the unqualified steel ball has been studied. Then by using statistical principles,the reliability of the recommended method is analysed. Finally,by intensified testings,the mechanical features of the tested ball are to be verified.
