施放赤眼蜂长效蜂卡防治玉米螟效果试验

摘　　要：将发育进度不同的赤眼蜂寄生卵,按一定比例混合后,配制成长效蜂卡。分别在玉米螟化蛹15％和20％时向后推10d,进行第一次放蜂,并与常规放蜂方法进行比较,调查记载田间防治效果。1992年试验结果如下:长效蜂卡四种处理的田间卵寄生率77.6％～86.2％;被害株率24.0％～40.0％;蛀孔总数14.0％～42.0％;百株遗留虫量2～12头。常规放蜂方法处理区的田间卵寄生率为77.7％;被害株率42.0％;蛀孔总数40.9％;百株遗留虫量17.5头。前四种处理的防治效果均好于常规蜂卡。1993年大面积推广试验也表明,长效蜂卡与普通蜂卡相比,防治效果明显提高。Tr. dendrolimi parasitism egg in different growth periods were mixed in specified proportion , then were made into long - term effective Tr. dendrolimi Card. The release of the cards were made at the beginning or early peak of corn borer egg appearances, respectively, at the rate of 15000 waspa/ha. And the releases were taken in one or two times. The result showed that; the egg parasitization of the long-term effective IT. dendrolimi card was 77. 6-86. 2% ; the eaten hole totality was H -42% ; the percentage of infected corn plants was 24 - 40% ; and the number of larvae per 1 00 stalks was head of 2- 12. In the covention trial block , the egg parasitization was 77. 7% ; the percentage infected corn plants was 42% ; the eaten hole tatolity was 40. 9 % ; the number of larvae per 1 00 stalks was head of 17. 5. The control effectiveness of the long - term effective Tr. dendrolimi card trail block was better than covention trail block.
