E-cadherin和PCNA在胃癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的:研究胃癌中上皮钙粘附素(epithelial cadherin,E-cadherin)和增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating cell nu-clear antigen,PCNA)表达的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌 60例手术后的存档石蜡切片组织中E-cad-herin、PCNA的表达情况。结果:65％(39/60)的胃癌病例E-cadherin的表达减弱,35％(21/60)的病例E-cadherin的表达正常。50％(30/60)的胃癌病例PCNA呈高表达,50％(30/30)的病例PCNA呈低表达。二者的表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论;E-cadherin表达正常对胃癌细胞增殖有抑制作用,E-cadherin的表达减弱后细胞增殖能力增加;E-cadherin对胃癌细胞增殖的抑制作用是不完全的。Objective:To investigate the relationships between expressions of E-cadherin and PCNA in gastric car- cinoma. Methods:Expressions of E-cadherin and PCNA in paraffin imbedded specimens of 60 gastric carcinoma were de- tected by immunohistochemistry. Results: 39 (65%) of the 60 gastric carcinoma showed reduced E-cadherin expression, and 21(35%) showed normal E-cadherin expression. 30(50%) of the 60 gastric carcinorna showed high PCNA expres- sion, and 30(50%) showed low PCNA expression. Significant correlation was found between E-cadherin and PCNA ex- pressions (P<0.05). Conclusions: Normal E-cadherin expression mighthave inhibitive effect on cell proliferation of gas- tric carcinoma, while reduced E-cadherin expression could promote cell proliferation, but the effection was incomplete.
