摘 要:目的 :通过采用不同方法测量上颌磨牙腭根牙齿操作长度 ,并测量上颌磨牙腭根根分叉角度 ,比较研究上颌磨牙腭根的解剖外形对临床测量牙齿操作长度的影响。方法 :95个上颌磨牙离体牙 ,测量其根分叉角度 ,用 # 15根管锉分别采用实际测量法、电测量法和X线片测量法 ,测量牙齿操作长度 ,比较分析测量结果。结果 :电测量牙齿操作长度平均短于实际值 0 .3137± 0 .16 86 1mm ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,与牙根根分叉角度无相关 (P =0 .0 6 3)。X线根尖片测量值平均长于实际值 0 .5 5 4 7± 1.70 16 1mm ,差异有显著性(P =0 .0 0 2 ) ,与牙根根分叉角度成统计学正相关 (r=0 .312 ,P =0 .0 0 2 ) ,随根分叉角度增大 ,RL -XL差异增大。结论 :电测量牙齿操作长度与牙根管实际值差异小 ,标准差小 ,与牙根外形无关 ,较为准确。X线片测量值受牙根解剖外形影响较大 ,标准差较大 ,影响临床确定牙齿操作长度。AIM:To evaluate the measuring accuracy of theelectronic apex locator and radiographic length in palatal root canal of maxilla ry molar.METHODS:95 intact, extracted human maxillary molars w ere investigated.The angle degree of root divergence was measured .The actual le ngth,electronic apex locator and radiographic length in palatal root canals weremeasured,and were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The electro nic lengths appeared 0.3137±0.16861 mm shorter than their actual lengths,an d the difference between them had statistically significant (P<0.001),a nd the difference had no correlation with the angle degree of root divergence( P=0.063).The radiographic lengths appeared 0.5547±1.70161 mm longer thantheir actual lengths ,and the difference between them had statistically signific ant (P=0.002),and the difference had positive correlation with the angledegree of root divergence(r=0.312, P=0.002).CONCLUSION: The difference between actual and electronic lengths was less than that bet ween actual and radiographic lengths,and was free from the influence of root ana tomic figure.Electronic apex locator is more accuracy measurement method. [
