Beyond冷光美白仪漂白氟牙症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价Beyond冷光美白仪漂白氟牙症的疗效及安全性。方法 :用Beyond冷光美白仪及配套的冷光美白剂对实验组 30例患者 4 6 6个氟牙症牙进行漂白 ,对照组 30例患者 4 6 9个氟牙症牙以常规的盐酸脱色作对照。用VITA比色板作脱色前后比色 ,分析脱色效果 ,观察牙齿敏感情况。结果 :实验组的脱色显效率为 88.2 % ,对照组的显效率为 71.2 % ,两者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验组的脱色有效率为 99.4 % ,对照组的有效率为 99.4 % ,两者无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。实验组有 8例 (2 6 .7% )患者牙齿有轻度酸痛不适感 ,对照组有17例 (5 6 .7% )患者出现不同程度的牙齿酸痛感 ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Beyond冷光美白仪对氟牙症牙脱色有效、安全、快速。To evaluate the effect and safety of Beyond co ld light tooth whitening kit on bleaching dental fluorosis.METHODS: 466 fluorosis pigmented teeth in 30 patients were bleached with Beyond coldlight tooth whitening kit,and 469 fluorosis pigmented teeth in 30 patients werebleached with hydrochloric acid as control group.The changes of teeth color wer e evaluated by VITA shade guide matching,and the sensitivity of tooth were recor ded.RESULTS:The highly effective rate (88.2%) of experimentalgroup was higher significantly than that (71.2%) of control group (P<0.01) .Eight of thirty patients (26.7%) had slight tooth aches in experimental group ,and 17 of thirty patients (56.7%) had different degree tooth aches in control g roup,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit is proved to bean effective,safe and quick method on bleaching dental fluorosis. [
