摘　　要：简要介绍了企业跨文化管理的内涵,并就企业跨文化管理中的文化冲突以及企业如何进行跨文化管理等问题进行了深入的探讨。This paper briefly introduces the connotation of enterprise's multi-cultural management, and makes deep study on the cultural conflict in enterprise's multi-cultural management and how to enter into the multi-cultural management.
