儿童皮肤、肌肉血管瘤的介入治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨介入放射学治疗儿童皮肤、肌肉血管瘤的效果。资料与方法　搜集 1993年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月经介入治疗各种类型血管瘤 16 84例 ,男 70 4例 ,女 980例 ,年龄 2个月～ 14岁 ,1岁以下年龄组 90 8例 ,占 5 3.9%。发生于头面部血管瘤最为常见 (5 1.1% ) ,其他部位有 :口腔 ,舌 ,腮腺 ,四肢 ,生殖器官等。治疗方法分别为 :(1)经皮穿刺血管瘤硬化剂治疗 ;(2 )经导管栓塞结合局部硬化剂治疗。结果　规定疗程结束后 3个月观察 :115 7例患儿血管瘤完全消退 ,体表无瘢痕 ,占本组病例 6 8.7% ,血管瘤面积缩小≥ 5 0 % 4 85例 (2 8.8% ) ,面积缩小≤ 5 0 % 4 2例(2 .5 % )。结论　介入放射技术治疗皮肤、肌肉血管瘤创伤小 ,体表多无瘢痕 ,尤其对发生于颜面。Objective To discuss the efficacy of interventional therapy in hemangiomas of the skin and muscle.Materials and Methods 1684 Hemangiomas cases with interventional therapy(704 males, 980 females, aged from 2 months to 14 years). 908 cases at 1 year old below (53.6%). The head and and face were common site(51.1%),the other locations were: mouth, tongue, parotid, arms and legs, genital organ etal. Treatment methods: (1)The hemangiomas by drug hardens treatment through percutaneous. (2)The hemangiomas artial embolization with drug harden treatment.Results Observation were as following three months later after treatment: hemangiomas fade away in 1157 cases without scar on skin (68.7%),the area of hemangiomas decrease ≥50% in 485 cases (28.8%), the area of hemangiomas decrease ≤50% in 25 cases (2.5%).Conclusion The advantage of interventional therapy in hemangiomas of skin and muscle are less invasive without scar, interventional therapy is first modality to treat hemangiomas, especially in the face and genital organ.
