摘 要:目的研究青春期糖尿病大鼠生殖功能障碍的可能分子机制。方法用链脲菌素复制青春期大鼠糖尿病模型,实验分正常对照(C)组、糖尿病(D)组及糖尿病+胰岛素治疗(ID)组,以Northernblot检测睾丸、附睾、前列腺内5α-还原酶(2型)的mRNA水平。结果附睾头部,D组和ID组大鼠的2型酶mRNA水平低于C组(P<005)。结论附睾2型5α-还原酶mRNA水平低下可能使双氢睾酮生成减少,从而影响青春期大鼠生殖系统的发育与功能。AIM: To study the molecular mechanism of reproduction dysfunction in pubertal diabetic rat, the level of 5α-reductase (type 2) mRNA in testis, epididymis and prostate in diabetic rat was detected. METHODS: The gene expression of 5α-reductase (type 2) was detected by Northern blot. RESULTS: In the caput of the epididymis, the expression of 5α-reductase (type 2) mRNA of D and ID groups was less than that of C group. CONCLUSION: The decreased expression of 5α-reductase (type 2) results in the decreased production of dihydrotestosterone, which influences the development and function of reproduction system in pubertal rats.
