摘 要:核心竞争力是企业独特的或出众的资源和能力,核心竞争力的基础是企业的各种资源,而各种资源要转化成竞争优势,就必须进行资源的整合,将资源整合为各种具体的运行能力。本文从企业运行的动态角度,将核心竞争力的形成分为三个不同过程或环节。基础层是企业资源,中间层是资源整合能力,最高层是经过整合后形成的具体运行能力。这种具体的运行能力包括:企业研究和开发能力、供应服务保障能力、生产制造能力、市场营销能力、学习能力和应变能力。The key competitiveness is the unique or outstanding resource and ability of enterprises; the foundation of the key competitiveness is the various kinds of resources of enterprises; and to transform the various kinds of resources into a competition advantage, resource integration must be done, namely to integrate the resources into the various kinds of concrete operating abilities. From the dynamic angle of the operation of enterprises, the formation of the key competitiveness is divided into three different courses or pieces in this paper. The foundation layer is enterprise resources. The intermediate level is the ability of resources integration. The top level is the concrete operating abilities formed after integration. Such concrete operating abilities of enterprises includes: research and development ability, supply and service supportability, producing and manufacturing capacity, marketing ability, learning ability and adaptability to changes.
