摘　　要：目的 制备染料木素β-环糊精包合物,提高药物的水溶性及稳定性。方法 通过饱和水溶液法制备出染料木素-β-环糊精包合物,并用紫外光谱、红外光谱、差示扫描量热和X-射线衍射分析等方法加以鉴定。结果 建立了一种制备染料木素β-环糊精包合物的方法。结论 β-环糊精包合物在水中的溶解度明显大于单体染料木素。OBJECTIVE: To prepare inclusion complex of genistein with β-cyclodextrin in order to improve the drug's water-solubility and stability. METHODS: The inclusion complex was prepared by the liquid-phase method in aqueous solution and characterized by DSC, IR, UV and X-ray analysis, respectively. RESULTS: A method was developed for preparing the inclusion complex of genistein with β-cyclodextrin. CONCLUSION: The water-solubility of inclusion complex was greater than that of genistein.
