摘　　要：针对国内汽车企业物流管理的主要问题,提出了一种集成供应链物流模式,并从系统论的角度对该模式进行了论证,最后将该模式运用于生产实践中,取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the main problems of logistics management in domestic automobile enterprises, the paper puts forward an integrated supply chain logistics mode and proves the mode with systematic theory.
