摘　　要：公司创业集中于研究如何在已建公司中注入“创业精神”,恢复公司创新活力,增强公司战略柔性和竞争优势,以获得公司持续成长。本文总结了公司创业理论的演变、背景、基本理论、研究范式和理论发展的最新趋势。Theory of Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) focuses on approaches infusing a new entrepreneurial spirit throughout established firm to revitalize it, strengthen its strategic flexibility and competitiveness, and, as a relut, to maintain firm's sustainanble growth. The article reviews the evolution of CE theory, summerizes its re- search paradigm and future research avenues.
