局麻小切口切除桥小脑角肿瘤71例临床研究

摘　　要：本文报告了用局麻小切口开颅切除桥小脑角肿瘤71例,治愈65例,好转5例,死亡1例。介绍了手术方法的改进,分析了胆脂瘤、三叉神经肿瘤、听神经瘤及脑膜瘤不同手术要点,总结了该手术的优点和减少并发症及副反应的经验。This paper reports 71 cases of cerebellopontine angle turn or whichwere resected by small incision under local anesthesia,65 cases were cured,5cases Were iraproved,and 1 case met with death.The improvement of operatingmethod was introduced.The essential points of operation Were analysed concern-ing cholesteatoma,tumor of the trigeniual nerve,acoustic neurinoma and menin-gioma.The advantage of this method and the experience of decreasing complicati-ons and side effects wete summed up.
