摘　　要：目的 :建立己酮可可碱氯化钠注射液细菌内毒素检查法。方法 :对己酮可可碱氯化钠注射液的 1∶2 (0 .5mg·ml-1)进行了干扰试验。结果 :己酮可可碱氯化钠注射液经 1∶2 (0 .5mg·ml-1)稀释后对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用。结论Objective: To establish a method bacterial endotoxin test of pentoxifylline sodium chloride injection.Method: inhibition and enhancement test was carried out to the 1∶2 dilution( 0.5 mg·ml -1 ) of pentoxifylline sodium chloride injection.Result: The 1∶2 dilution( 0.5 mg·ml -1 ) of pentoxifylline sodium chloride injection didn't inhibit or enhance the result of test.Conclusion: the bacterial endotoxin test can be used for pentoxifylline sodium chloride injection.
