体育学科研究生培养质量保证体系的研究

摘　　要：针对体育研究生招收规模迅速扩大,研究生教育生均资源日益紧张,培养质量难以保障的问题,分析了我国体育研究生教育目前存在的问题,提出建立培养体育研究生质量保证体系,就构建以遴选优质生源、改革指导模式、加强学科建设及目标管理各子系统有机结合的基于创新的体育研究生培养质量保证体系,以及建立相应的动态的创新质量评价体系进行了研究论证。In view of the enlarged enrollment of PE postgraduates, insufficient resources for postgraduate education and the difficulty in guaranteeing the cultivation quality in our country, this paper, based on an analysis of the problems existing in the education of PE postgraduates, puts forward a system for guaranteeing the quality of cultivation, and studies the construction of this system, on the basis of originality, which well combines such sub-systems as covering the selection of postgraduate candidates, the reform of tutoring models, the strengthening of disciplinary construction and objective management, and the construction of a relevant dynamic system for assessing originality and quality.
