医疗责任风险自留与转移的比较分析

摘　　要：通过总结6年来2所医院对医疗责任风险的管理,根据我国医疗市场的现状,比较分析医疗责任风险自留与转移的优缺点,从而提出加强医疗质量管理是当前规避医疗责任风险的关键。在当前风险不高、大型医院具有足够承受力、保险机构运作尚不规范的情况下,医疗责任风险应以自留较为合适。In the article experience of medicalrisk management was summarized, two styles of risk self-mastery and risk shift were compared and analyzed. Then, improving medical quality was taken as the key of avoiding risk. Finally, owing to inappropriate insurance service and relative lower medicalrisk, the style of risk self-mastery was recommended for large hospital.
