摘 要:目的 :观察Bionator矫治器对口呼吸儿童上气道矢状径的影响。方法 :13例替牙期口呼吸所致安Ⅱ1错牙合病例 ,以Bionator矫治器矫治 ,于治疗前、后拍摄头颅侧位定位片 ,对其中的上气道矢状径在治疗前、后的变化值作对比分析。结果 :患者的骨性鼻咽 (PNS -Ba)、Mcnamara线和软腭至软腭后咽壁距 (SPP -SPPW )与治疗前比较明显增大。舌咽部最小距离 (P -T)、后气道间隙 (TB -TPPW )和喉咽部的V -LPW距分别比治疗前增加 1.92mm、1.67mm和 2 .63mm ,其变化有统计学意义。结论 :Bionator矫治器在改变上下颌位置关系的同时 ,能使口呼吸儿童的上气道矢状径明显增加。Objective:To study the effects of Bionator appliance on sagittal dimensions in upper airway by mouth breathing children. Method: 13 patients of mixed-dentition with AnglesⅡ1malocclusion of topical mouth breathing were treated by Bionator appliance, and the sagittal dimensions of upper airway changes of pretreatment and post-treatment were measure and analysis. Result: The values of PNS-Ba, Mcnamara line and SPP-SPPW were bigger than that of pretreatment. But the P-T, TB-TPPW and V-LPW were increased by 1.92mm, 1.67mm and 2.63mm. They have statistic deference between pretreatment and post-treatment. Conclusion: The Bionator can improve the sagittal dimensions of upper airway in mouth breathing children, when it changed the relations of the maxilla and mandible.
