金黄地鼠颊囊癌变过程中E-钙粘附素表达的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究E -钙粘附素在金黄地鼠颊囊癌变过程中的表达 ,探讨E -钙粘附素与肿瘤的发生、发展之间的关系及其临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化技术检测 2 3例金黄地鼠颊囊正常黏膜 ,2 2例上皮单纯增生 ,2 2例上皮异常增生 ,2 3例鳞癌组织中E -钙粘附素的表达。结果 :E -钙粘附素在口腔正常黏膜上皮中均匀广泛被染色 ,上皮异常增生及鳞癌中E -钙粘附素呈明显下调表达 ,且与正常黏膜相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :E -钙粘附素的下调表达是口腔黏膜鳞癌发生发展的早期变化 ,可作为口腔黏膜恶变潜能的重要标志物。Objective:The aim of this study was to examine the expression of E-cadherin during carcinogenesis of golden hamaster check pouch and its relationship with tumor occurrence ,development and its clinical significance . Methed: We conducted an immunohistochemical investigation of E-cadherin expression in 23 cases of normal epithelium mucosa and 22 cases of hyperplasitic epithelium .22 cases of dysplastic epithelium ,29 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. Result: E-cadherin was stained equably and widely in normal buccal epithelium. Its expression was downregulated in dysplastic epithelium and squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion:Downregulation of E-cadherin expression was an early event and can serve as an important biomarker of carcinogenesis of oral epithelium .
