摘　　要：目的 :了解肾上腺糖皮质激素对阿霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白排泄的影响。方法 :采用大鼠阿霉素肾病模型研究应用肾上腺糖皮质激素后 2 4 h尿蛋白排泄量、血液生化指标的改变 ,用胶样铁染色方法观察肾小球滤过膜阴电荷变化及透射电镜观察肾脏超微结构改变。结果 :与阿霉素组相比 ,肾上腺糖皮质激素组 2 4小时尿蛋白排泄量增加 ,肾小球阴电荷及超微结构无明显改善。结论 :肾上腺糖皮质激素对阿霉素肾病大鼠有加重尿蛋白排泄 。Objective:To study the effect of glucocorticoid on urinary protein excretion in adriamycin nephrosis(AN)rats.Methods:The experimental rats model of AN were set up. The influence of glucocorticoid on changes of 24 hours excretion quantity of urinary protein, blood biochemical parameters, negative charge of the staining of glomerular filtration membrane by colloidal ferric oxide and glomeruli supermicrostructure by transmission electron microscope were observed.Results:Compared with the adriamycin group,24hours excretion quantity of urinary protein were increased,negative charge of glomeruli and glomeruli supermicrostructure were not significantly improved in glucocorticoid group.Conclusions:Glucocorticoid increased urinary protein excretion in AN rats, whereas the negative charge of glomeruli and the glomeruli supermicrostructure were not significantly improved.
