情志相胜疗法与森田疗法的相关性研究

摘　　要：中医情志相胜疗法是最能体现中医心理治疗特色的常用疗法。它以中医七情理论为基础 ,通过引起情志变化治愈疾病。而森田疗法是日本精神科医生森田正马教授结合东方传统文化与思维模式所提出的独特理论与治疗体系。二者在文化起源上有一定联系 ,导致理论与具体治疗手段有相似之处 ,但在治疗程序与亲和力等方面存在差异。通过二者的相关性研究 ,可以为创制本土化的心理治疗模式提供理论模型 ,加深中医心理疗法的现代认识 ,促进中医现代化进程。In the fild of TCM,the therapy of mutual prmotion and restraint between the five elements is one of the most typical Psychotherapies through TCM,which is based upon the seven-emotion therapy.Such a therapy can care patients of diseases by changing patients' emotions and feelings.And while,the sentain therapy is put forward by a Japanese Psychiatrist,Professor,Sentian,who mix the traditional oriental calture with thinking models and found a serie of curing systems and put forward to his special theory.The above two have some relationship in origin of culture,which results in the similarity on the therapy and specific treatment.But at the same time there are still differences between them two in treating procedures and affinity.Through the research on their relationship,we can offer a theory model for Chinese psychothereutic Model and deepen the knowing of modern psychotherapy through TCM,which can finally promote the development and process of modernization of TCM.
