摘　　要：目的　探讨自杀姿势的分离性障碍患者自杀态度及可能原因。方法　采用自杀态度调查问卷 (QSA)对自杀姿势的分离性障碍患者进行调查 ,并与正常群体进行对照。结果　自杀姿势的分离性障碍患者QSA总分、因子Ⅲ、因子Ⅳ分与对照组间差别有显著性意义。结论　分离性障碍自杀未遂者在自杀态度上与正常人存在着矛盾的反应倾向 。Objective To explore the suicide attitude and possible causes about the people with dissociative disorders of suicide gesture.Methods Dissociative disorders of suicide gesture were administrated by the suicide attitude questionnaire (QSA),and compared with those in normal controls.Results The total QSA points and factor Ⅲ,factor IV points of the dissociative disorders with suicide gesture were lower than the normal controls′.There was the prominent difference between them.Conclusion This research indicates that the attempted suicides with dissociative disorder have conflicted inclinations toward suicide attitude.Compared with the normal,this kind of contradiction mainly presents in the conflicted reactions towards euthanasia and family members of suicide.
