住院精神疾病患者病种资料分析

摘　　要：目的　分析本院 31例病种分布 ,为精神卫生事业提供参考资料。方法　回顾性研究 1970～ 2 0 0 0年出院病例资料。结果　精神分裂症构成比呈下降趋势 ;情感障碍、脑器质性精神障碍构成比呈上升趋势。结论　精神卫生专科医院应针对性加强对情感障碍、脑器质性精神障碍及轻型精神障碍的诊治力量。Objective: To analyse psychiatric diagnosis of 6868 cases in our hospital during 31 years. Methods: Analysie cases during 1970 to 2000 retrospectively. Results: The constituent ratio of schizophrenia is going down, and the constituent ratios of affective disorder and organic mental disorder are going up. Conclusion: The mental health center should strengthen power of diagnosis and treatment in affective disorder and organic mental disorder.
