摘 要:目的 对子宫内膜癌妇女和正常妇女的子宫内膜及肌层声像图回声强度定量分析 ,为超声诊断子宫内膜异常提供客观检测指标。方法 超声诊断仪与B型超声图像定量分析仪连机 ,对 18例患子宫内膜癌妇女和 3 8例正常妇女的子宫内膜进行定量测定 ,比较两组间灰阶强度及分贝的差异。结果 子宫内膜癌组内膜灰阶强度及分贝均高于正常组。Objective To find a objective method to quantify echo intensity(EI) of muscular layer and endometrium by quantitative analysis of endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium, providing an reliable ultrasonic index of endometrial abnormality. Methods Aloka SSD-1700 ultrasound system was connected to a DFY-1 quantitative ultrasonographic analysis system. The endometrial EI was quantitative analyzed in 18 endometrial carcinoma and 38 normal subjects, to find their differences in gray scale (GS), and decibel (dB).Results The mean values of GS and dB in endometrial carcinoma group were higher than that in normal group.Conclusion Ultrasonic tissue characterization could be instructive in diagnosing endometrial carcinoma.
