摘　　要：介绍了萍钢为适应市场竞争 ,实施多项激励政策 ,开展专业技术人才推荐评选活动 ,调动广大专业技术人员的积极性 ,探索培养人才、吸引人才。In order to fit in the market competition,Pinggang implemented some stimulating policies,developed the recommending and selecting activity of professional technical personnel and made the professional technical personnel show great initiative.It also explored the new system of training and attracting talents,of distribution mode by valuing their performance and contribution to company.
