摘　　要：目的　寻求胰腺癌局部治疗新方法 ,探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗胰腺癌的安全性、有效性及可行性。方法　应用高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌 2 5例 ,其中 7例给予术后化疗。结果　治疗后临床症状缓解 ,MRI和彩色超声检查示肿瘤内血供减少 ,甚至消失 ,近期生存时间延长。结论　高强度聚焦超治疗胰腺癌是安全、有效、可行的。Objective To find new method for the local treatment for pancrea cancer and to explore the safety, and effectiveness of the high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods Twenty-five cases of unresectable local advanced pancreatic cancer were treated with HIFU therapy. Seven of the patients underwent post-operation chemotherapy.Results After the treatment, the clinical symptoms improved, the tumors regressed by MR examination, and the color ultrasonography showed that blood supply of the tumors decreased and disappeared. Conclusion The HIFU technique provides a new safe, effectiveness and feasibility method for the local treatment for pancreatic cancer.
