摘 要:目的 :探讨钼靶乳腺摄影对乳腺钙化在不同乳腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析 2 19例乳腺钙化的形态、大小、数目、钙化密度均匀性、分布 ,与病理结果对照。结果 :乳腺钙化分粗颗粒型、细颗粒型、导管型、混合型 4型 ,与良恶性病变间有密切关系。结论 :钙化数目在 10枚以上、形态不规则、成簇聚集的针尖样或泥沙样、导管型和形态多样的混合型钙化是恶性钙化的主要类型 ,钙化数目在 10枚以下、形态规则、空心钙化是良性钙化的主要类型 ,细颗粒型钙化在良恶性病变中具有重叠性。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of mammographically found intramammary calcification in different breast diseases.Methods:The morphology, size, number, density and distribution of 219 mammary calcifications were analyzed retrospectively and compared with the pathological results. Results: The calcified foci in breast can be classified into four types, including coarse granular-shaped, fine granular-shaped, pipe-shaped and mixed. And different shapes were closely related to the benign or the malignant. Conclusion: More than 10, irregular, clustered minute or sand-shaped, pipe-shaped and multiformed calcified foci were the main kinds of calcium in malignancy. Less than 10, regular and aperture calcifications were usually seen in benign breast diseases. Fine granular-shaped calcium was seen both in malignant and benign diseases. The calcifications are of great value for the diagnosis of benign or malignant breast diseases.
