视网膜脱离疾病的高频率超声声像图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频率超声对视网膜脱离疾病诊断价值。方法应用 7.5～ 10MHz高频率探头对临床光学检查眼内结构显示不清的 839例 15 6 8只眼行超声检查。结果完全性视网膜脱离5 8只眼 ,部分性视网膜脱离 91只眼 ,视网膜脱离伴脉络膜脱离 5只眼 ,视网膜脱离伴白内障 134只眼 ,视网膜脱离伴玻璃体混浊或机化 138只眼 ,视网膜脱离伴眼轴延长 71只眼 ,视网膜脱离伴晶状体脱位 1只眼。结论应用高频率超声对视网膜脱离的诊断及指导临床治疗都具有很高的实用价值。Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound examination on the diagnosis of the retina detachment disease. Methods 1 568 eyes of 839 patients with unclear internal structure under common examination were examined by 7.5～10 MHz high frequency ultrasound examination. Results Retina of 58 eyes detached completely; 91 eyes incompletely detached; Choroids and retina of 5 eyes detached; Retina of 134 eyes detached with cataract; of 138 eyes detached with turbidity of fibrosis of vitreous body; Retina of 71eyes detached with elongation of ocular axis; 1 eye detached with dislocation of the lens. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound examination is valuable for diagnosing the retina detachment.
