摘　　要：介绍了近期有关TiB2,BN的主要研究现状及研究成果,TiB2-BN复相导电陶瓷的主要性能,当前蒸镀工 业中蒸发舟所能达到的水平等。对TiB2-BN蒸发舟仍存在的问题提出了一些建议。In this paper, the major research trend and research results about TiB2 and BN are introduced. Simultaneously the main properties of TiB2 - BN compound ceramics and achieved level about TiB2 - BN evaporator in metal evaporation industry presently are reported .And some suggestion for solving the problems about the TiB2 - BN compound evaporator are recommended
