摘  要:目的 评价几丁质 (Chitin ,C)的生物相容性 ,研究几丁质与大鼠胎脑神经细胞 (FBN)复合体 (C FBN)脑内移植对脑损伤的修复作用。方法 将体外联合培养 3~ 5天的C FBN移植到大鼠大脑皮质损伤部位 ,术后 3、6、1 0、1 5及 30天光镜、免疫细胞化学、透射电镜观察。结果 几丁质对FBN生长无不良影响 ,脑组织对移植物无明显的免疫排斥反应 ,载体内有大量存活神经细胞 ,术后各时段都检出BrdU阳性细胞 ,移植区可见突触形成。结论 几丁质具有良好的组织相容性 ,移植的FBN在脑内可以继续生长、成熟并建立突触联系。Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of chitin sponges and the effect of transplantated chitin sponges cultured fetal brain cells (C FBN) on damaged brain of rats. Methods FBNs were seeded on chitin sponges and cultured in vitro and transplanted to the damaged rat brains, the morphological characters of FBNs were detected by light microscope, electronic microscope and BrdU immunocytochemistry at 3,6,10,15 and 30 days after operation.Results FBNs were found to attach to and extend on chitin sponges without immunoreactive reject reaction being found after operation. The transplanted nerve cells were alive and BrdU positive and developing until 30 days after transplantation.Conclusion Chitin sponge has good biocompatibility for the successful transplantation and growing of FBNs and formation of synapse after transplantion.
