摘　　要：目的　研究血小板衍生生长因子受体 (PDGFR)与P2 1ras在大肠良恶性肿瘤中的表达 ,及其与临床病理指标的关系 ,以探讨其在大肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　应用免疫组化法检测 2 2例大肠腺瘤 ,4 0例大肠癌中PDGFR α、P2 1ras的表达情况 ,分析它们与大肠癌临床病理指标的关系。结果　 2 2例大肠腺瘤及4 0例大肠癌中PDGFR低表达率分别为 72 7%和 2 5 % ,4 0例大肠癌中PDGFR高表达率为 4 2 5 % ,2 2例大肠腺瘤中无PDGFR高表达 (P =0 0 0 2 )。大肠癌PDGFR染色强度随肿瘤细胞的分化程度增高而增高。PDGFR的表达与组织学分级、临床Dukes分期有关 (r =- 0 315 ,- 0 4 78;p =0 0 4 8,0 0 0 2 )。PDGFR的表达与P2 1ras的表达密切相关 (r=0 4 4 2 ,p =0 0 0 4 )。结论　PDGFR在大肠肿瘤的发生发展中起重要作用 。Objective To investigate the clinical significance and expression of platelet derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) and P21ras in benign and malignant colorectal tumors Methods The expression of PDGFR α and P21ras in 40 cases of colorectal cancer and 22 cases of colorectal adenoma was detected by immunohistochemistry and its relations with the pathological parameters of colorectal cancer were investigated Results The low expression rate of PDGFR was 72.7% for colorectal adenoma and 25% for colorectal cancer. The high expression rate of PDGFR was 42 5% for colorectal cancer, but no high expression was found in 22 cases of colorectal adenoma ( P =0 002) The higher grade of differentiation was in colorectal cancer, the stronger stained reaction of PDGFR was The expression of PDGFR was significantly correlated with the histological grade and Dukes stage ( r =-0 315,-0 478; P =0 048, 0 002). There was a significant relationship between the expression of PDGFR and P21 ras ( r =0 442, P =0 004) Conclusion The high expression of PDGFR may indicate the transformation from benign adenoma to malignant carcinoma in large intestines PDGFR may play an important role in colorectal carcinogenesis and serve as a marker for early diagnosis
