摘　　要：目的　通过探讨脾肿瘤的影像学表现 ,以提高对其诊断能力。方法　回顾性分析经病理或临床证实的 2 7例脾肿瘤的影像学表现 ,并作文献复习。结果　 2 7例脾肿瘤中 ,淋巴瘤 8例 ,转移瘤 11例 ,淋巴管瘤 3例 ,血管瘤 4例 ,错构瘤 1例。不同病理类型的脾肿瘤具有相似和不同的影像学表现。结论　典型的影像学表现 ,结合临床及实验室检查 。Objective To improve the diagnostic ablity of the splenic tumor through exploring its imaging features.Methods Imaging fingings in 27 cases with splenic tumor proved by pathology or clinic, were retrospectively analyzed and literature were reviewed. Results Of all 27 cases,includ malignant lymphoma(n=8), splenic metastases(n=11), lymphangioma(n=3), hemangioma(n=4) and hamartoma(n=1). Splenic tumor of different pathology natures has different imaging features ,sometime with similar signs.Conclusion Correct diagnosis of splenic tumor should based on typical imaging findings, combined with clinical and labratory data.
