摘  要:加强教育、科技与地区经济发展的协同合作是知识经济发展的客观要求。湖北作为高校云集、科技人才辈出的科教大省 ,应该运用教育、科技、经济一体化理论构想 ,加强大学、科研院所与企业协同发展机制的研究 ,推进“科教兴鄂”之教育、科技、经济协同发展系统的形成与运行。当务之急是要推动新的制度环境生成 ,加大大学和科研院所改革力度 ,重视科教创新及协同发展机制的创新 ,强化发展战略的集成和协同。It is the objective requirements of the development of knowledge economy to strengthen the coordination of education. technology and regional economic development. Hubei Province, which has many universities and scientific research talents, should strengthen the research of coordinated development of the universities, research institutes and enterprises by applying to the integrated theoretical concept of education. technology and economy, and make the coordinated the system of development of the three aspects formed and functioning. The most important is to have the new environment for a new policy, pay more attention to the reform of the universities and the research institutes, attach much importance to the innovation of science, education and coordinated development, and then strengthen the forming of the stratege for development.
