摘  要:目的 探讨 p2 1WAF1/CIP1、PCNA在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达特点及其与骨巨细胞瘤的分化和复发的关系。方法 应用LSAB免疫组织化学方法对 38例骨巨细胞瘤中的 p2 1WAF1/CIP1、PCNA的表达进行检测。结果  6 6 8%的骨巨细胞瘤中可检测到p2 1WAF1/CIP1的阳性表达 ,其阳性表达主要位于分化好的多核巨细胞的细胞核内 ,分化好的骨巨细胞瘤(Ⅰ级 )中 p2 1WAF1/CIP1的表达明显高于分化差组 (Ⅱ、Ⅲ级 ) (P <0 0 1)。 38例骨巨细胞瘤均可检测到PCNA的阳性表达 ,其阳性表达主要位于单核基质细胞的细胞核内 ;未复发组及复发组中 p2 1WAF1/CIP1、PCNA的表达无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 骨巨细胞瘤中p2 1WAF1/CIP1的表达与骨巨细胞瘤的分化相关 ,可作为骨巨细胞瘤分化的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of p21WAF1/CIP1and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) in Giant Cell Tumor of bone (GCT) and the relationship between the expression and the differentiation/recurrence of GC T.Method LSAB immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the e xpression of p21WAF1/CIP1 and PCNA in 38 cases of GCT.Result The expression of p21WAF1/CIP1 was detected in 66 8% (25/38) of the GCTs,which was mainly located in the nuclei of well-differe ntiated multinuclear giant cells;such expression was significantly hi gher in well-differentiated GCTs than in the poor-differentiated groups (P <001). The expression of PCNA could be detected in all cases,and the positive staining of PCNA was located in mononuclear stromal cells. There were no signif icant differences between the expression of p21WAF1/CIP1、PCNA and the recurrenc e of GCT. Conclusion The expression of p21WAF1/CIP1is closely relate d to the differentiation of GCT,and it may be considered as an indicator of dif ferentiation. 〔
