印共(马)新党纲与其人民民主革命的道路

摘　　要：2000年10月20-23日,印共(马)在提鲁瓦南塔普拉姆举行特别会议,并对党纲进行了修订。新党纲全面阐述了印共(马)的人民民主革命的道路,认为印度是大资产阶级领导的资产阶级和地主联盟进行阶级统治的国家,印度社会是占支配地位的垄断资本主义与等级制度、地方自治和部落制度的混合物;印共(马)坚持建立社会主义和共产主义的奋斗目标,认为马上要实现的目标是建立以工人阶级领导的、工农联盟为基础的所有真正反封建、反垄断、反帝国主义力量的联合的人民民主;认为印度革命的性质是反封建、反帝国主义、反垄断的民主革命,主张通过和平方式实现人民民主和向社会主义转变,即通过发展强大的群众革命运动,把议会和非议会的斗争形式结合起来;提出要努力建立左派民主阵线,能够单独地作为资产阶级———地主阶级政策的真正替代者。A Special Conference of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) was held at Thiruvananthapuram, October 20-23,2000 and the Programme was updated. The updated Programme elaborates socialism understood by the Communist Party of India (Marxist). The present Indian State is the organ of the class rule of the bourgeoisie and landlords led by the big bourgeoisie, and the present Indian society is a peculiar combination of monopoly capitalism with caste, communal and tribal institutions. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) firmly adheres to its aim of building socialism and communism and places before the people as the immediate objective, the establishment of people's democracy based on the coalition of all genuine anti-feudal, anti-monopoly, and anti-imperialist forces led by the working class on the basis of a form worker-peasant alliance. The nature of Indian revolution in the present stage of its development is essentially anti-feudal, anti-imperialist, anti-monopoly and democratic, and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) strives to achieve the establishment of people's democracy and socialist transformation through peaceful means by developing a powerful mass revolutionary movement, by combining parliamentary and extra parliamentary forms of struggle. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) strives to build the Left Democratic Front as the real alternative to the bourgeois-landlord regime.
