游离腓骨复合组织瓣上颌骨重建患者的术后生存质量评价

摘　　要：目的 分析游离腓骨复合组织瓣上颌骨重建患者的术后生存质量。方法 应用美国华盛顿大学生存质量问卷,对22例游离腓骨复合组织瓣上颌骨重建患者和14例赝复体修复上颌骨缺损患者进行生存质量评价,并对腓骨瓣重建上颌骨患者术前和术后生存质量进行纵向比较。结果 游离腓骨复合组织瓣上颌骨重建患者术后生存质量评分明显高于赝复体组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腓骨瓣重建上颌骨患者术前和术后生存质量评分无显著性差异(P >0.05)。结论 游离腓骨复合瓣上颌骨重建能显著提高上颌骨切除术后患者生存质量,是上颌骨重建的良好选择。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality-of-lifeoutcomes in patients of maxillary reconstruction with freefibula composite flap. METHODS Quality-of-life (QOL)outcomes of 22 patients of maxillary reconstruction withfree fibula flap and 14 patients with prosthetic obturatorswere assessed using University of Washington Head andNeck QOL questionnaire (UW-QOL). At the same time,the preoperative and postoperative QOL of the patientswith free fibula flap were compared. RESULTS Maxillaryreconstruction with free fibula flap achieved significantlysuperior functional QOL outcomes (P < 0.05). There wasno statistically difference between the preo perative QOLand postoperative QOL in the patients with free fibula flap(P > 0.05). CONCLUSION Maxillary reconstruction withfree fibula composite flap can improve QOL significantly.It is a good choice for maxillary reconstruction.[
