摘 要:目的 了解正常人群中的唾液钠、钾离子浓度及其比值 ,以及性别和年龄因素对其影响。方法 用离子选择电极电位测定法对 12 1例正常人的唾液进行钠、钾离子检测。结果 唾液流率 4 1岁以后显著低于 4 0岁以前 (P <0 .0 1)。 5 1岁以后与 5 0岁以前比较 ,钾离子浓度显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,pH值显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。钠离子浓度随年龄增长略有上升 ,但统计学处理无意义。钠钾离子比值 5 1岁后略有下降 ,但统计学处理无意义。性别比较上统计学无意义 ,但是 31岁后钾离子浓度男性偏高 ,pH值则男性偏低 ;4 1岁后钠离子浓度及钠钾离子比值女性偏高。结论 受试者的年龄显著影响唾液流率、钾离子浓度及 pH值。唾液钠、钾离子的检测可能广泛应用于临床疾病的鉴别诊断中。Objective To determine the concentrat io n of sodium,potassium and sodium-potassium ratio in saliva of normal people,and to detect the affection of sex and age.Methods The concentration of sodium and potassium in sali va of 121 normal people was examined by using Ion Specific Electrode(ISE). Results The saliva flow rate was highly significantly dec reased of peple aged 41 more years (P< 0.01).The concentration of potass ium was elevated (P< 0.05) and pH highly significantly decreased (P < 0.01) of people aged 51 more years.The concentration of sodium was slightl y elevated with age increasing and the sodium-potassium ratio was slightly decre ased of people aged 51 more years,but the differences were not statistically sig nificant.Compared with female,the concentration of potassium was slightly increa sed and pH was slightly decreased in male aged 31 more years.Sodium-potassium ra tio and concentration of sodium were somewhat higher in female than in male aged 41 more years.However,no significant differences could be shown between sex.Conclusion The saliva flow rate,the concentration of pota ssium and pH were obviously affected by age.To determine saliva sodium and potas sium can be widely used in clinical differential diagnosis.
