急性低压缺氧对大鼠脑皮质神经元超微结构的改变

摘  要:目的 :观察大鼠在 50 0 0m、70 0 0m、1 0 0 0 0m、1 2 0 0 0m高度 (停留 5min)脑皮质神经元超微结构的改变。方法 :Wistar大鼠 50只 ,随机分成 50 0 0m组、70 0 0m组、1 0 0 0 0m组、1 2 0 0 0m组和空白对照组。将缺氧组大鼠分别放入人体低压舱内 ,分别上升到 50 0 0m、70 0 0m、1 0 0 0 0m及 1 2 0 0 0m高度 ,停留 5min。用JEM 1 2 0 0EX透射电镜观察各组大鼠脑皮质神经元超微结构的改变。结果 :缺氧组大鼠脑皮质神经元超微结构与空白对照组相比有差异 ,尤以1 0 0 0 0m以上差异显著 ,主要表现为核结构不清 ,胞膜不清及核变形 ,异染色质与常染色质对比不明显 ,核周质中线粒体及粗面内质网数量减少 ,结构不清等。结论Objective: To observe the changes of rats′ cortex encephali neuron ultrastructure at an altitude of 5000m,7000m,10000m and 12000m.Method:50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:5000m, 7000m, 10000m, 12000m and control group.The rats of the hypoxia groups were put into hypoxia house with low pressure and were separately risen to 5000m,7000m, 10000m and 12000m height lasting five minutes.The rats′ cortex encephali neuron ultrastructure were observed with JEM 1200EX transmission electron miscroscope.Result:There were obvious changes of cortex encephali neuron ultrastructure between the hypoxia groups and the control group particularly in the group which were higher than 10000m. The changes of the hypoxia groups:heterochromatin congregated into a mass,the structure of nuclear membrane was blurred,cytoplast shrank,organelle was distributed so mussily that there were collective and vacant area in the cytoplast and the cell membrane was blurred. Conclusion:The acute low pressure hypoxia conditions can lead to the changes of the rats cortex encephali neuron ultrastructure.
