摘 要:目的:探讨羟基磷灰石(HA)薄膜的制备方法及其对人血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)的吸附性能。方法:用电子束蒸发和射频磁控溅射两种技术制备了天然HA薄膜。用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了HA薄膜的表面形貌,并用光反射干涉仪(RIfS)测试和比较了两种不同技术制备的HA薄膜对Fib的吸附性能。结果:用电子束蒸发和射频磁控溅射制备的HA薄膜,对Fib的吸附厚度分别为7.01 nm和0.75 nm。结论:用电子束蒸发技术制备的HA薄膜对Fib的吸附能力和吸附牢固度均高于采用射频磁控溅射技术制备的HA薄膜。Objective:To explore the fabrication process of hydroxyapatite (HA) films and its adsorptive properties of human fibrinogen (Fib). Methods:The nature HA films were prepared by electron beam evaporation and rf-magnetron sputtering techniques. The surface morphology of HA films were observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The adsorptive properties of human fibrinogen (Fib) on the surface of HA films prepared by different techniques were measured and compared by reflectometry interference spectroscopy (RIfS). Results:The adsorptive thickness of Fib on electron beam evaporated HA films and rf-magnetron sputtered HA films were 7.01 nm and 0.75 nm, respectively. Conclusion: The adsorptive power and adsorptive degree of security of human Fib on the surface of the HA films fabricated by electron beam evaporation are all better than those of the HA films fabricated by rf-magnetron sputtering.
