摘 要:以“单体附加”法创制的82份小麦-黑麦远缘杂交后代株系为试验材料,对其醇溶蛋白带型、HMW-GS组成以及SDS-沉淀值的遗传变异进行了研究。结果发现:①63个株系在醇溶蛋白的ω区不同于小麦亲本绵阳11(MY11),其中46份材料具有黑麦1RS特征带Gli-1Bl,属于1BL/1RS易位系,另外的17个材料在ω区不同于MY11和1BL/1RS易位系,出现了一些新谱带或缺失了亲本的某些原谱带;②SDS-PAGE的电泳结果显示,试验材料在Glu-1三位点分别具有2、3、2个等位亚基,除了小麦亲本MY11的亚基类型外,还出现了4种非MY11亚基类型和7种不同于MY11的亚基组合类型;N、7+9在相应位点上的比例较高,分别为47.56%和41.46%,由此构成的组合N、7+9、5+10类型在7种变异组合中的比例较高;③试验材料的SDS-沉淀值变化范围(5.2~21.7mL)较大,变幅为16.5mL。由此可见,由这种方法创制的材料变异广泛、类型较丰富,这对丰富小麦遗传资源以及小麦品质的改良将会有重要作用。Gliadin pattern, HMW - GS combinations and SDS - sedimentation value wer analysed in 82 advanced lines derived from Wheat × Rye hybirds by monosonic addition method. The results were as followed :①the gliadin pattems of 63 advanced lines differe from Mianyang11(MY11) in theω- gliadin, including 46 lines with Gli - 1B1 loci which belonged to 1BL/1RS translocation lines, while the other 17 lines added or deleted some protein composition of MY11 and 1BL/1RS.②,3 ,2 alleles were identified at Glu - Al, Glu - Bl and Glu - Dl loci in these materials by SDS - PAGE method. Those alleles included subunits such as 1,7+8,5+ 10 which can be found in MY11 . 4 kinds of subunits and 7 types of HMW - GS compositions different from MY11 were found in these advanced lines. The sub-units Null, 7 + 9 which were different from MY11 ,had higher frequency in the corresponding locus, and the frequency of HMW- GS composition N, 7 + 9,5+10 was also higher.③Variation range of SDS - sedimentation value was 5.2 ~ 21 .7mL, which showed that variation were apparent. The result indicated their quality differences were obvious. It revealed that more genetic varieties can be achieved in the advanced lines which indicated the materials developed by monosonic addition method can be good germplasms for wheat quality improvement as well as to rich wheat genetic resources .
