支气管成形术在肺癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨支气管成形肺上叶切除在肺癌手术中的应用。方法　收集了 2 9例位于或侵及肺上叶支气管开口的肺上叶中央型肺癌病例 ,施行支气管成形肺上叶切除手术切除肺癌 ,包括楔形支气管成形肺上叶切除术 5例 ,袖状成形肺上叶切除 2 4例。结果　无手术死亡 ,楔形成形术后发生吻合处肉芽增生 1例。结论　袖状支气管成形肺上叶切除是治疗位于或侵及肺上叶支气管开口的肺上叶中央型原发性支气管肺癌的理想术式 。Objective To evaluate the application of the bronchoplastic lobectomy in lung cancer. Methods 29 cases of upper lobe central lung cancer locating or involving the opening of upper lobe bronchus were treated by bronchoplastic lobectomy, including bronchoplasty (5 cases), sleeve lobectomy (24 cases). Results There was no postoperative death and complication relative with the bronchoplasty. Conclusion The sleeve lobectomy was the ideal procedure for upper lobe central lung cancer locating or involving the opening of upper lobe bronchus. The continuous suture with absorbable thread could be applied to the bronchoplasty safely.
