摘　　要：苏州市职业大学管理系99秘书/计算机应用与维护(双专)班,今年就业率达95%。高就业率是管理系全面实施素质教育的成果,本文对如何培养复合型人才、提高就业率进行了探讨。The employment rate of the graduates from Secretary-Computer Appliance and Maintenance major (bi-major) in the Department of the Administration reaches as high as 95 percent this year, which is virtually owing much to the implementing of its quality education. This essay deals mainly with how to develop all-round talents and keep the high employment rate.
