摘　　要：青年教师缺乏马列主义修养是一个比较普遍的现象。本文粗略地分析了这种现象的原因,并初步指出加强对青年教师的马列主义教育的必要性和方法。It is common occurrence that now young teachers lack in accomplishment of Marxism-Leninism. The paper briefly analyses its reasons and points out the necessity of strengthening the education of Marxism-Leninism among young teachers and its solution.
