复发性口疮免疫防治56例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒灭活疫苗治疗复发性口疮56例,近期有效率91.07%。治疗前复发频率为12.55次,治疗后复发频率1.64次,有显著差异。治疗后血和唾液里的中和抗体均提高,特异性淋巴细胞转化率提高,说明该法是特效主动免疫的效果。We applied inactivated vaccine of herpes simplex to 56 cases with recurrentaphthac(RA).The short-term effectivenese was 91.07 per cent,The recurrent frequencybefore and after this treatment was respectively 12.44 and 1.64(p<0.01).The neutralizingantibody in serum and saliva increased and the rate of Specific lymphocyte transformationenhanced.It is shown that the treatment is of specific active immunity and could preventRA from recurrence.
