摘　　要：通过教学实践的调查和文献资料方法 ,分析了大学生体育意识形成中障碍心理的成因 ,以及克服障碍心理 ,培养学生体育意识的有效途径和方法。其目的是强化学生的体育意识教育 。According to the survey and documentary material ,the paper analyzes the causes of obstacle mentality in the formation of P.E. consciousness and the effective ways and methods to overcome obstacle mentality and foster the student's consciousness.It aims at enforcing education of P.E. consciousness,improving the quality of physical and mentality for fitting the social development in new century.
