摘　　要：通过对影响大学生参加课外体育锻炼因素的调查 ,在分析研究的基础上 ,提高培养大学生体育锻炼的兴趣 。On the basis of the factors that influence college students to take physical exercise,this paper gives the countermeasure that cultivate their interest of taking physical exercise and nurturance customary of self-exercise for university.
