摘　　要：运用文献资料法 ,从教练员的心理素质和行为素质两方面对国内外学者关于教练员素质结构的心理学研究作一综述。心理素质主要从心理过程和个性心理两方面来阐述 ,行为素质主要从教练员在运动训练过程中的行为。This paper from coaches' psychological competence and behavioral competence,summarized the research results of the scholars at home and abroad on the coaches' quality structure.Psychological competence mainly included psychological procedure and personality psychology,behavioral competence mainly included the coaches' behavior during the course of exercise training,coaches'relationship and administrative behavior.
