维生素E对小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变效应的实验研究

摘  要:灌胃有毒源污水或皮下注入苯诱发小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率分别为4.0%和5.0%,4h后灌胃维生素E,染色体畸变率分别下降为1.0%和1.5%,P<O.05,2批实验重复性好.实验结果提示,灌胃维生素E对诱变剂苯或有毒源污水诱发小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变损伤具有一定保护效应.The aberrant types of chromosomes were gaps, fragment diploid and di-centric in mice bone marrow cells induced by toxic water and benzene. The frequency of fragment (or break ) was the highest. The aberration rale was increased by 4.0% or 5.0% after the toxic water orally administrated or benzene subcutaneously injected respectively. The aberration rate was decreased to 1.0% or 1.5% for those mice orally administrated vitamin E four hours after the toxic water or benzene treatment. These results suggested that there was a protection effect on aberration frequency of chromosome in mice bone marrow cells induced by toxic water or benzene treatment with oral administration of vitamin E.
