摘　　要：投掷运动要创造最高运动成绩 ,必须创造人体或器械的最高专项速度。如何提高专项运动速度是投掷技术教学、训练最关键问题。文章运用运动心理定向转移与技术环节动作速度合成相结合的方法 ,提出了一种新的以提高专项速度为目标的投掷运动技术教学训练的理论与方法 ,对改进专项技术和提高教学质量有直接意义。To have the best result for throwers in the throwing events, it is necessary to make the movement of the body and the implement fastest. How to increase throwers' speed of throwing action is the key in the teaching and training of throwing technique. According to the theory of the transfer of the psychological orientation and the movement speed composed of throwing technique, the new teaching theory and method of throwing technique is put forward in my study, the purpose of which is to increase the speed of throwing action so that improving the throwing technique and the quality of teaching.
